"Insomniatic" isn't an actual word. The girls made it up and derived it from "insomniac" which is someone who has trouble sleeping. Aly and AJ defined insomniatic as "A state of mind where one becomes addicted to the deprivation of sleep caused by an epic revelation of joy."

actually I was asking myself the same question.... I have no idea... until my freind thew a dictionary at me... my head hurts still... so look in the dictionary cuz I forgot what it means. And yes Joe is the worst... what a jerk 4 breaking upwith her...
