well he basically goes through his all-time best 11.
Every time he names a player he gives a reason, for most of them it's just that he thinks they are good professionals, very good players, etc. Pep Guardiola he chose because he used to watch him when he was little. He chose a bunch of Arsenal players and ex-Arsenal players (Vieira) simply because he played with them and thought they were very good.
