Learning English language and computer software programs is an emergent trend in Afghan youth. After the fall of Taliban huge foreign investments and the influx of foreign NGOs that requires thousands of workers and employees having the basic skills of computers and English language. In fact on most of these jobs these two skills stand out as most important in the criteria in the selection of a suitable candidate. In addition having English language proficiency for the youth means being more modern and updated. Hence, thousands of Afghan youths both boys and girls enroll in different English language institutes and universities for diploma in English language programs. Hence its also a very earning business for the institutes. They charge a high fees yet the Afghan students are interested in learning it any cost.

english is the main reason why uk, canada, usa and australia get on so well,

even the countries which have a lot of english speakers like india, have great diplomatic relations with UK
