Linux ZSNES test recording

Recording from Linux today instead of windows.. using "Recordmydesktop" anyone know of a better screen recorder?

Oh my, this game is incredibly depressing. Props for lasting a minute of game play.

The recorder seems about as good as you would expect/need. Mic pickup seems lower than your Windows setup though.

Yeah... and I had to play with the settings a lot to make it THAT loud... it's not too bad, tho..

One of the nice things about this is that I do not have to use anything like Mediacoder to shrink the files... the recorder seems to be able to make them pretty small, without killing the quality TOO much.

I'm using Kubuntu.

This emulator doesn't have sound, as far as I played.

Ubuntu's ZSNES has sound, but it doesn't work all the time... as you can see in my video, there is sound in my video.

If you can figure out how to record with the actual emulator, that could be much better than a screen recorder.
