Watch out for the Poison cloud. It deals 2,000 nature damage per second. Stay behind Grobbulus he will
do a Slime Spray that deals 6300 to 7700 Nature damage. Anyone hit by the Slime Spray will summon a Fallout Slime, Slimes will deal 1,000 Nature damage every 2 seconds in a 10 yard range aoe.
Mutating Injection will be casted on a random raid member every 20 seconds or so. After 10 seconds or cleansed the affected player will deal 8000 to close to 9000 Nature damage to everyone within 20 yard range and themself and will also create a Poison cloud beneath them.

Berserk- After tweleve minutes of combat with Grobbulus will berserker enrage. Increases all damage by 1,000% so kill him quick.
