I don't think it's dramatic or any less dramatic than reality. The dramatic things happen all the time, such as the cheating, everyday, all around us, only most of it is hidden. If anything, Shonda appears to be making it LESS common. Trust me! :/ And on her show, we know everything, as the viewer whereas we don't in reality.
Although I do agree, it's kinda like she's screwing over Naomi. Naomi can say she will be okay with this but of course she won't.

@OhhMyApplePiie I could read my comment. I remember now! What's lame is shonda and her obsession with drama. Addison cheated several times, I don't want her to do that to her bestfriend.
