seriously? I just got a G51Jx by Asus and its a regular quad core. not an i7, so its a little old, but its running mega fast compared to some of the shit that I've seen. why the hell would you need this ever? I'm happy with what I have, but not the Japanese i guess....

@xadam2dudex That particular particle one is crazy. You can see that when he has all four of the programs running; smoke, liquid, ocean, particle, that the liquid one is running about 70-80fps (2:38) while the particle one is running at ~20fps (2:47). Running 12 particle programs on a standard PC would probably be the death of it haha

wait.. 7-8 frames per second is good ?? I don't think that is so great.. now if u were talking 600 frames per seconds that would live up to the hype here..I thought this was suppose to be 200+ times faster than an average pc
