During the month of November Mo Bros and Sistas do whatever they can to raise awareness for Movember.

Movember is an annual, month-long celebration of the mustache, highlighting mens health issues - specifically prostate cancer.

The idea for Movember was sparked in 2003 over a few beers in Melbourne, Australia. The guys behind it joked about 80s fashion and decided it was time to bring the mustache back. In order to justify their Mos, they used their new looks as a symbol to raise awareness for prostate cancer research, much like the pink ribbon for breast cancer. They never dreamed that facial hair would ultimately lead to a global movement that would get men talking about a taboo subject their health.

So to show our support and, as usual, looking for an excuse to bring interesting people together, we are organizing a theme party.

There will media coverage and a lot of photo opps. Part of our spending that night will be donated to charity in support for prostate cancer.

Rules are simple:
-Mo Bros: come dressed up as your favorite mustachioed hero, from Sherlock Holmes to 70s airline pilots to Ron Burgundy to Jim Dangle. If you have a pic of your Mo send it to giorgio@tedxdubai.com.

-Mo Sistas: come dressed up as your favorite 70s and 80s icons, think lots of Madonnas in her Boy Toy phase and aerobic instructors.

For the best Mo of the evening there will be a prize.
