32 yo female with a history of primary infertility. Minimally invasive surgery, laparoscopy revealed endometriosis of the anterior and posterior culdesac. Her retrouterine culdesac was severely distorted with contracture of the peritoneum. Argon Beam Coagulator was used to recontour the peritoneum to destroy endometriosis. This is much safer than peritoneal resection procedures which can cause severe adhesions and worsened infertility. After surgery she had 6 months of Zoladex suppression of the endometriosis and went on to conceive and delivered a beautiful little boy.

  • @hyungster No I have not, I will look into it. Do you have a url?

  • Dr Bolanos, have you tried Argon Dissect? it's a great tool attached to the same tip. allow for the best of both worlds in dissection and coagulation.
