@brettfoshager That always happens if the moving dial gets ahead of the red tracking. Try pausing it at the beginning and giving it a minute.

Ah, the good old days of TV in the early 1990s, when you needed a separate closed-caption decoder. This was before 1993 when all new TVs made since then require a built-in decoder.

They should have redone this episode in 2009 for the digital TV transition. Someone is mad becuse they bought a converter box but they can't use it because tier TV is broken.
