  • @DoubleZ711 Because if you are in poor shape Gilad has quite a few good programs to make you sweat. If you are not in at least decent shape going into P90X you are more likely to quit after the first two videos - plyo will kill a person everytime if they can't keep up for even the first 10 mins - than finish it. Gilad is a good place to start to begin toning and losing weight. It's also good for people who have joint or other health problems because it's much lower impact.
