http://livinlavidalowcarb.com/blog/jimmy-moore%e2%80%99s-n1-experiments-retes... to see what happened to my blood sugar after eating the Julian Bakery SmartCarb breads. Not good for so-called "low-carb" bread.

http://LivinLaVidaLowCarb.com/blog blogger Jimmy Moore and his wife Christine are always on the lookout for some excellent low-carb foods to add to their menus and today they wanted to tell you about their favorite new low-carb bread in the latest installment of their popular "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb on YouTube" series.

In Episode 64, Jimmy and Christine share about Julian Bakery and their Smart Carb breads which come in plain and cinnamon almond raisin. These breads are obviously low in carbohydrates, very high in fiber and protein, and taste absolutely deliciously divine! You'll enjoy the high-quality ingredients that go into this bread which make it very "meaty" as Christine calls it and dense so it will fill you up. You gotta try this bread for yourself and here's a handy link that will take you straight to the low-carb Smart Carb bread from Julian Bakery:

And don't forget to enter PROMO CODE 1520 at the checkout to receive $5 off your order. It's arguably the best-tasting low-carb bread on the market today and you will be very pleased with this bread.

  • Atkins low-carb IS high nutrient nutrition.

  • Going back to when you said it probably wouldn't be good for the folks on the induction phase. Since each slice s about 1 net carb, why wouldn't it be good for induction considering the net carb is so low?

  • @sodeaf It depends on the tolerance level of someone who consumes the bread, sodeaf. If someone can consume it and not have impact on their blood sugars, then go for it!

  • do u know any companies that sell low-carb breads here in the uk? and u guys! r u on facebook?? thanks

  • Not aware of UK-based low-carb bread companies. And yes we're on FB. Check us out on the social media by clicking on the link in the notes section to the right.

  • That eye is distracting.

  • I have no idea what you're talking about.

  • Hi hi! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my father lost a ton of weight with it.

  • Eat high nutrient instead of low carb. Follow Dr Furhman not Dr Atkins.

  • @xxmonickkkkaxx That is a really ignorant and nasty thing to say. You must be a really miserable person to feel the need to point out and make fun of another's imperfections. I just can't believe that you would really think it is ok to pick on another human being that way. shame on you. you are a bully. peiod.

  • There is something really screwy with this bread. It is supposed to be 1 net carb but it wrecks my blood sugar the same as if I ate a piece of cake! My glucose response to this bread is certainly no better than any other normal bread. That said, it also is very expensive and expensive to ship if you live on the East Coast.

  • Jimmy - We wanted to offer everyone $5.00 off for any customer using Promo Code 1776 ("OR") if you buy Qty 6 or more receive flat rate ground shipping for $5.00 or UPS 2 Day shipping for $15.00

  • Hey!! Thanks to you guys I emailed Julian bakery and they shipped to me here in TOKYO baby!! UPS wasn't cheap-about $30 but so worth it!!! They ship worldwide everybody! Thanks JImmy and Christine and Julian bakery:)
