Going back to when you said it probably wouldn't be good for the folks on the induction phase. Since each slice s about 1 net carb, why wouldn't it be good for induction considering the net carb is so low?

@sodeaf It depends on the tolerance level of someone who consumes the bread, sodeaf. If someone can consume it and not have impact on their blood sugars, then go for it!

There is something really screwy with this bread. It is supposed to be 1 net carb but it wrecks my blood sugar the same as if I ate a piece of cake! My glucose response to this bread is certainly no better than any other normal bread. That said, it also is very expensive and expensive to ship if you live on the East Coast.
