Did 545 the first time I tried this, so I expected alot more after hitting a 505 deadlift PR in between. Turns out, pulling from below the knee is quite a bit harder than from above, so I got up to 535 for right below the knee. From how I felt the next day, I take it you meant my sore rear, but now I'm pissed that you jinxed me lol

you are a damn animal dave, i'm gonna give this a shot even tho my gym doesn't have the greatest amenities. Only wish i could get to workout with you! i would get dwarfed but the knowledge would be extremely beneficial! keep up the great work big guy
My goal today is to do one more plate than you on each side...for one rep lol. Thanks for the inspiration

That was two weeks ago. Only took a week to rehab plus this was a 20 rep sets with sub maximal weight so the chance of reinjury is low. The pins are also high so more of the stress is on the back not legs.
