  • My goal today is to do one more plate than you on each side...for one rep lol. Thanks for the inspiration

  • Very cool. Let me know how you do. You know it's gonna suck right? hahah

  • Didn't you just pull your hammy like last week?

  • That was two weeks ago. Only took a week to rehab plus this was a 20 rep sets with sub maximal weight so the chance of reinjury is low. The pins are also high so more of the stress is on the back not legs.

  • Dave Tate=The Man!

  • not bad bro thanks for the bench tips ill still have to put it in to practice but it did help when i kind of maxed it sucked but i did do more than ever for a single

  • Did 545 the first time I tried this, so I expected alot more after hitting a 505 deadlift PR in between. Turns out, pulling from below the knee is quite a bit harder than from above, so I got up to 535 for right below the knee. From how I felt the next day, I take it you meant my sore rear, but now I'm pissed that you jinxed me lol

  • Did I see you reach for your right hammy just as you were walking out of the rack?

  • that seems pretty light for a dave tate rack pull....

  • you are a damn animal dave, i'm gonna give this a shot even tho my gym doesn't have the greatest amenities. Only wish i could get to workout with you! i would get dwarfed but the knowledge would be extremely beneficial! keep up the great work big guy
