@DAVISTRAINING I put into my video that I needed to work on bringing my knees up, I know all about hip flexors, dorsi flexing, hip and glute extensors. I know about the pendulum effect your suppose to use with your arms, I know all the angles for running 90 degrees and 120 in the blocks 90 while out and running, I also know the there is no one in this world that can run a 1.4 anything from a standing start. look up Chris Johnson also known as mister 4.24.

I timed by hand and got a 1.66 which means off the pad he would run 1.86-1.91. the first 10 takes about 5 steps to complete he takes 6. the best test you can do is give him a 10-20 yard roll off and see his top end speed between the 10-20 yards. if he can run 1.0's he is doing great if its 1.1-16 he is doing decent and if it is 1.17-1.2's he needs work. let me know I am curious.

@jjtheflash22 I don't remember you being there that day where you could actually hand time it. Are you telling me your sitting at your computer timing someone? I really don't think you have any idea what your talking about. The clock doesn't lie. The timer starts when his foot leaves the pad and stops when he crosses the laser. Here's a tip he ran a 4.45 forty yard dash twice at FSU's football camp, the kid is fast.

@DAVISTRAINING prove to me this kid runs a 4.45, whats his name and what timing method did fsu use. I do know what I am talking about I have done track and field for 7 years and trained with some of the best.

@jjtheflash22 hahaha, now not only am I wrong, the timing system is wrong, and now so is one of the biggest D1 football programs. Just because you have "done" track and field doesn't mean you know what your talking about. If your such an "expert" you would know in your one video you have up that you need to lean out of your stance more and try to hold an accelerated position with your head down before popping straight up. You might also want to work on your shoulder and hip flexibility.
