Ok, so I know the most common response I'll probably get on this would be to get a job. I've never had a job before, so trying to get one now with all the lay offs makes it even harder, but I'm still trying. However, I want your tips or "remedies" for sleep disorders.
Um have you tried saying prayers at night then going to back?
