I have been doing this work out for a week and let me tell you WOW my jeans are the same size but they don't fig the same. My butt and hips filled them out so well that people keep saying.. WOW!!! You got new jeans they really look good on you. Thank You

Hi Kelli, I'm a huge fan of these workouts and have favorited most of them. You look great girl. I'm a pear shape. Will this help lean me out a bit or what should I do to help w leaness? I eat clean most of the time.

@denbestekanalen Yes this works! Do it 4-5 times a week but you can get even better results by mixing it up with our Booty Boot Camp & 10 min Butt & Thigh Workout. Best of luck on your quest for a better booty! Ha!

I am starting this! Just moved to the beach lol. Also working with a home gym machine. I think with the combo of these along with some cardio, I should be ready for the summer. THANKS FOR ADDING YOUR ECPERTISE TO YOUTUBE! They are well made:) I also travel the US in a truck, I can do this traveling! Woohoo!
