Each year in the spring citizens of massena new york are able to clean out their garages, attics, cellars and basements. THIS WILL BE THE LAST YEAR. THE CURRENT MASSENA VILLAGE MAYOR WANTS TO DISPOSE OF THIS TAXPAYER SERVICE TO SAVE TAX DOLLARS! NOT A GOOD DECISION!!

--taxpayers place unwanted items to the curbside for the village to take away to the landfill. its quite an adventure for me searching for and salvaging history. I'm like child in a candy store rummaging through piles of unwanted items.
