@itzwhocares ...cuz the eurotrash is over rated? sure you can go through corners at break neck speeds, but on the streets you can only do 60, any faster in a populated area and your just asking for an accident. so the only real thrill of a fun street sleeper is straight line performance, which is what american muscle is good at. yea i knew a buddy who had an r32, but he sold it cuz it was too expensive to upgrade and maintain on a regular basis.

@eclypse3d what cars have you owned that didn't have issues?? I would take shitty window regulators over shitty transmissions/engines any day! I have a 2002 GTI and my only problem seems to be front bearings. But I still love my VW. -VDubber for life.

@eclypse3d ya i had same problem coming back from work on my 20th anniversary gti my friend closed the door BAM window collapsed i was like wTF ??? what did u do lol screws got loose had to open everything tight all screws back what a pain in the ass ugh stil lovv my gollf oh well :P but my next car for sure will be something Jap I was driving blaack 350 Z i love this freakin car gearbox so bad ass revs quickly so precise

@itzwhocares I hate Vdubs not because they are German, because VW has the worst customer service of almost any car maker here in the states, I have owned a 93 Golf3, 96 GLX Passat, and an 89 Jetter GLX and had that horrible window regulater problem with 2 of the three of them (In the Jetta 3 of the four windows failed in the same week all of them resulting in falling into the doors) (Golf was manual windows). VW is garbage.
