@Tennessee44444 Are you nuts? Much of the American infrastructure network is based off of a European model. And Eurostar is a high-speed rail operations company that takes passengers through the Channel Tunnel from London to Paris in just 2 hours and 15 minutes at a speed of 300 km/h (186 mph) and connects to other high speed systems that connect the entire continent of Europe within hours of each major city. Personal vehicles can be transported through the tunnel by Eurotunnel Rail Service.

@logan7863 Trust me, Tennessee44444 is far from a typical American. He's just one of the few stupid ones who get the most attention. I can assure you, the vast majority of the United States is well aware of the Channel Tunnel. I don't like individuals like Tennessee44444 because the media always focuses on them, to the media, the less intelligent the person, the better. It makes America look awful.
