You forgot one violation. The DA announced he had concluded his investigation and would file at the end of July. She picked that week to resign. He still hasn't filed. Maybe it was a ploy to get rid of her or he isn't done yet. Either way...he didn't like the way she raised money.

Do your maddog research, Tones -- Palin has been cleared of every single one of those bogus charges! They were filed by haters (who were PROBABLY reimbursed by rich Dems) for the purpose of harassing and bankrupting her, since by AK law the state had to investigate and SHE would have to retain her OWN counsel, not the state's.
Bottom line: the Palin family's legal bills are greater than their annual income, and NO ETHICS VIOLATIONS HAVE BEEN PROVEN. NOT ONE.

Why didn't Mike come out against Sarah with the dirt on her during the election after all she has done to him and others? Now she resigned as Gov under investigation of 15 ethics violations. Wish he would open up and get rid of her before she runs again.

I don't think you will ever meet a judge who does not consider the children first. They will not care either way as long as the kids get what they need.

You just have no life experience is all. Children in divorce are very effective weapons for women to use and most use them very effectively while all the time saying they are worried about the children. Just for your info tho my wife left because she found another woman she loved more and that is fine and I am sure if the woman could have impregnated her and paid child support she never would have considered a man. Marriage for most men is a bad joke.

That must be why your wife left you. Unfortunately being with both I can't say I can understand either or myself in a relationship but that has nothing to do with children. As far as divorce is concerned in this country money has everything to do with tipping that scale. Anyways you can whine all you want to but it won't help anything. There is not a tissue big enough for somebody who relies on the facade of masculinity.
