So ein wundervolles KKunstleid einfach nur so runter zu singen ...:(
Als gelte es, die schnellste Einspielung zu produzieren.

@frponkus No, she does not mispronounce the sounds. The only thing you hear as a Native Speaker (I am) is a slight British accent. Only once in beginning of the song which she beautifully performs, the ish-pronunciation is really there. All the other sounds are correct, except for "Perle", where the first syllable should be more in the direction of a Umlaut...

@aseshet Sorry, no. The dialects spoken in the northern parts of Germany are closer to Hochdeutsch. THe German spoken in Hanover is considered to be the clearest form of the language we have. And no, the "ch" sound in "ich" is, like in all words with a light vowel (i and e) is light and sounds more like the hissing of a cat. Whereas the sound you mean is used with all other vowels. For example "doch", "Buch", "Dach".

I was under the impression that Bavarian and Austrian Deutsch is closer to Hochdeutsch than northern dialects. In both of those, the "ch" in words like Ich is a very rough sound, sounding like the "kh" in Semitic languages (e.g., the "Ch" in Channukah)
Thank you very much for sharing! This is certainly a piece of Heaven... So beautiful!

Good, but I have heard even better versions of it. She could work miracles with this divine song, yet she drags it in mediocrity...
