'Visual music' video used in a promotional DVD for the artist Apparat. A University project made with a small range of common objects purpously filmed at obscure angles. The themes were light, shadow and reflection. The video was inspired by the work of Bauhaus designer Laszlo Moholy Nagy, especially his "Light Space Modulator".

  • that isn't meant creepy or anything, but you've really got beautiful hands... ;)

and how the hell did you get in my house and steal all my Ikea houshold stuff? ;D

  • @moonstruckfaye Wow thanks! oh yeah, you left your back door open so I thought I'd go borrow a few things..

  • It really took me a while to realize some of these visuals were made with household objects.

You definitely succeeded in creating an alien landscape out of them.

Excellent work with objects color and light.

Impressive stuff, especially considering I haven't seen you do anything like this in the past.

  • I'd never tried anything like this in the past so I'm really glad you liked it! I had to really experiment to get interesting shots. All I had to work with were things like bottles, a cheese grater, a scanner, some light bulbs and a packet of m&ms...

  • Awesome, I definitely got the Laszlo Moholy Nagy feeling with the light and smoke coming through the strainer looking object. Nice concept
