I got a free pedometer to track my steps. According to it I walked 11572 steps, 5.56 miles, and burned 840.99 calories today! Pretty good, yes?
QUESTION OF THE DAY: What are you exercise goals for the week?
I am going to teo to get 4 days of 1/hr cardio this week. I have Saturday and Sunday to go!
