Cast the spirit out! A vulgar abstraction of the mind! Let not the spirit rule you, nor you rule the spirit! Recognize oneself as a coherant whole, absent of any spirit! The spirit is merely your false self, a delusion that splits oneself in two! Mend yourself, cast the spirit out, and you will truly be free!
