Funny thing is most people complaining about plastic in the interior either don't own a car, own a bearer, and or never will touch a car with an all leather interior so stfu.

wow man look at all the haters! No the yaris is not better, not even close. yes its interior is plastic but so are most newer cars weather you like it or not they are. even it the dash is leather, guess whats under your leather? PLASTIC! I have put my 07 aveo through HELL and never ever had any problems with it at all.

@nickelwindow53 Aveo could have been if not for the interference engine where if the T-belt breaks,or anything related to the T-belt fails taking the T-belt with it, the engine is ruined. and that the engine for it's size is not that powerful for a 1.6. In fact, the 1.6 in the 1993-97 Corolla was more powerful as well as had more torque. But all in all, the Aveo is really not that bad of a car.
