Two of you in one scene - this was a clone/double test effect that I tried out using premiere to see how it looked. It's easy to do, BUT harder when you want to interact with yourself ie. pass something to yourself - so this is why I created this, to see how real it looks. With the latest version of premiere and after effects you can create a much much better version of this now, but this still looks OK. Enjoy. If you have any questions or want to learn how to do it yourself, just send me a message or leave a comment - i'll be happy to advise. Enjoy.

  • This dosent tell us how to do this...hence the name :(

    1 star for false advertisement

  • You're wrong, you didn't read the title. When some one uses the word EFFECT - they are showing you the effect, not the tutorial.

  • wow. that was real good. especially getting the orange and the refelction in the glass. just awesome. what program did you use?

  • Thanks for the kind comments, i used adobe premiere for this one, but you can do even easier in sony vegas. It's a simply split screen effect really, just got the timing right and moved the 'split' 2 or 3 times to achieve the effect of passing the orange. :-)

  • Interacting with your clones is all about smoke and mirrors :) (and a lot of masking work). You almost could just sync up your right side clone to take the orange at the same time the left side clone offers it, if you did it right and kept the shadows under control no one would notice you were using the post for the transfer... Nice re-enactment videos by the way, really enjoyed them.

  • Big thank you helishorn! More to come! :-)
