Pinnacle/Ascension Comparison

I have gotten around to getting a newer capture card to try my hand and video recording again. My first project was to refresh myself in editing on newer software as I haven't done any in a long time. I made a simple comparison video from Halo Reach and Halo 2 on the stage Pinnacle/Ascension. Reach redid the map and came with release but I wanted to show the minor differences and play around with things so I did the best I can without making it too long.

I do plan on making a Halo 2 tribute video, which is a WIP as we speak.

I hate both those maps. BR > DMR for maps like these.

They are both good weapons so I personally can't make one over the other myself. I have and always will like halo 2 better but the DMR still fits into Reach as a replacement to me. I also liked ascension, pinnacle just doesn't seem to feel big enough some how.

Wow, Pinnacle is a much more accurate remake than I thought it was.

Besides a rock here or there, the moving satelite, and bashee. It is pretty spot on. Which is why its nice to play it to me.

I wish they had created a more re make like ivory tower's remake instead of forge worlding it so that they could do the spinning thing and the huge tower on top of big tower

quality comparrison, brought back some memorys. Although reach looks far more cleaner and better quality, you cant help but feel attracted to halo 2's darker, dirtier ambience... shame the satalitte doesnt spin anymore... they should have added that somehow. both top games tho :)
