From what I have read is you CAN NOT run on pure electric power up to 30mph as the gas engine kicks in when you let off the brake. EPA for this car is 40 city 43 highway. Where did you get 66 mpg from? Also the guage that tells you your MPG is off about 2 or 3 miles.... Sorry to bust your bubble.

Thanks for the thoughtful review. It does sound as though there are some terrific choices among hybrids today also incl. Ford Fusion and Honda Civic and with any of these four, you can't go wrong!
