In our Learning at Work line of business, developmental processes are embedded into day-to-day work, ensuring that otherwise inconsistently occurring learning activities (e.g., coaching, stretch assignments) take place on the job and are effective. To be sustainable, the developmental processes need to tie into existing business processes and the net result needs to increase business productivity and quality as well as develop people.
