frozen strawberry 240g
milk 40cc
sugar 30cc
mint

材料(4人分)
冷凍越後姫(普通のいちごでもOK)(冷凍したものを取り出し、室温で3~4分置いておきます)240グラム
牛乳 40㏄
砂糖 大さじ2
ミントの葉 お好みで

  • Straight from the Wikipedia page for Gelato: "Gelato (Italian pronunciation: [dʒeˈlaːto]; plural: gelati) is the italian word for ice cream and sorbet. Italians use the word gelato to mean a sweet treat that is served frozen." So this is definitely the right word for it.

  • @brackpersian not really it has milk in it sorbets dont and u could call this a still gelato and also u can put it in the frezzer for a lil longer :)
