lol honestly I dont know if they may have the idea that Mccain will beat Obama more than he would beat Hillary.I dont believe it matters either way, because it's my honest opinion that Mccain is going to beat either one of them. just because theyve made each other look very incompetent, irresponsible, and hard to believe. The US Secret Service is authorized by Federal Law to protect a major potential presidential candidate and family 120 days prior to an election as quoted from the Secret Service website. The acting President has nohing to do with it, only the Secret Service. The Prez can request extended protection for a candidate if needed. In Obama's case, he did get an extended request because of the racial issues. The candidates do have the right to turn it down but would be crazy to do so.
