The panel throws out the question of who deserved a better title run. This could mean any world title in America. Did title reigns switch too much in the Attitude era? Did The Rock & Mick Foley switch the belts too much? Who's reigns were cut too short? Could Sting have been WCW's Hulk Hogan? Should any ex-WWF guys have won the belt in WCW like Macho Man Randy Savage? Was Lex Luger winning the belt from Hollywood Hogan for 6 days in 1997 a good thing? Did the way Batista won & lost his last world title devalue the belt, and him along with it? Should Rob Van Dam have dropped the WWE & ECW titles? How many wasted title runs has the (WCW) World Heavyweight Title had since 2002? Was Eddie Guerrero's reign being cut short in favor of Bradshaw justifiable? Should Brock Lesnar have held the belt longer? Did Rob Van Dam not winning the real ECW title contribute to the company going under? Should Christian Cage have won a world title? Thanks for viewing in 2008, and see you next year! Hosted by Eric Santamaria. Watch for the next show as we'll be discussing the most polarizing figure in wrestling, John Cena. We'll talk about why people hate or love him, what his reaction will be when he comes back & his standing in history. Plus, we'll be covering our favorite & least favorite commentators, so stay tuned! Hosted by Eric Santamaria.

  • oh god Bradshaw's reign was a huge deterrent for me to stop watching. right after 'Mania 20, just decline...

  • @uncensored008 Totally seconded. That's when I stopped watching Smackdown.

  • You guys need to do a show for wasted fueds, fueds that should have been more then what they were. First one that comes to mind for me is Sting vs Bret Hart. That shit could have been fuckin amazing!!!

  • @MrBentnotbroken We actually did "biggest disappointments" in the first season also, and I think you'll see those names mentioned, heh. It is available on iTunes or our podcast site; you can find the show listing on our main page. Thanks!

  • I liked JBL. John Layfield was one of those guys who was always changing his gimmick, and nobody knew what to do with him. Then they finally found the perfect gimmick: he would be the George W. Bush of the WWE.

  • Sting after Starrcade 97

  • Bradshaw was made champ so he would be the long-running monster heel that would put their next guy John Cena over. that simple. he was created just for that

  • I didn't mind Rock and Mankind switching back and forth. I thought it was different and old school. Plus you had big shows every week so it makes sense. Longer run these days becomes boring because you have championship matchs every week.

But I don't think Foley should have had a longer run. To me he was a trash wrestler with a silly gimmick. He didn't look like a champ.

  • Fuck Austin, Leconte is right, Kane should have had a monster heel champ run in 98 definitly. It doesn't mean because Austin worked that Kane would not have.

  • Kane was an upper mid card heel? Kane is possibly the only superstar to debut as a top card guy when he ripped the door off the Hell in the Cell and Tombstoned the Undertaker. Think of a better debut? (And yes, it wasn't the debut of Jacobs, the guy behind the mask, but the debut of Kane). He deserved a longer title reign. And he deserved to beat HHH for title rather than losing the mask. That match pretty much ended Kane's career, when it should have finally validated it.

  • Hogan? Defeatable? Lou Thesz said it best - 'My grandmother has a better leg drop then Hogan." "Nuff said.

  • I think Andre should have had a legit title run in WWF, not his 2 minute reign where he sold it to DiBiase.
