This past week I have been at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas and for some reason had absolutely NO WIFI, I figured I would upload this video today and tuesday I will upload the newest Week of Transforming the V! Hope you like the video! I thought it would be nice if you guys wanted to try something new that I am eating to show you how to cook it!

***INGREDIENTS***
Cauliflower
Margarine
Butter
-----Spices
Oregano
Basil
Salt
Pepper

- Cut hearts out of cauliflower, take leaves off.
- Place upwards in a large pot, fill with water.
- Cook on stovetop, on high, until water comes to a boil.
- Flip the cauliflower.
- Once decently soft, strain in sink. Get all water out.
- Put back in pot.
- ADD Margarine - 3 tablespoons (more depending on taste)
- Add Fresh pepper.
- Add Salt (sea, or kosher)
- Add Oregano & Basil.
- Mash.
- Add Tablespoon of regular butter (optional)
- Mash.
- Add Jar Garlic -- 2 heaping tablespoons.
- MASH!....EAT.

  • I love it!! Caulitatoes! You guys should patten the phrase quickly! I'm in the induction phase of Atkins, so I'm hoping this will go great with my beef brisket tonight...YAY!!
