Hi Dom, ive been working out quite a lot lately and have built up the base for muscle and am just wondering what the best exercises are to get the Y shape at the bottom of the abs in the hips? much appreciated.

@daredevildom @daredevildom I've been doing mostly weight training for a while now and have built up a good amount of muscle but as far as my current goal I'd like to lean down and get as close as possible to a physique similar to yours, also wouldn't mind being able to do the flag thing you do haha. I've been looking at your site for the past couple of days and it's really helped so any additional advice you can give would be great.

Hey Dom I know you've said before that you tend to use more body weight workouts than free weights, but I was just wondering do you have a set day where you work a particular muscle group (ex: Mondays Biceps and triceps, Tuesdays back and shoulders, ect) or is every day pretty much a full body day for you?

@AfromA91 Hey! Hows it going? I could not tell you my workouts because they consist of a variety of training methods throughout the year. I like to follow combined routines like 2 days a week strength training with weights, such as squats, deadlift and bench press, bodyweight circuit training 2 days a week, and sports such as football or martial arts training 2 days a week. I just love doing different sports!!! What kind of training do you do? What is your goal at the moment?
