Canadian Museum for Human Rights:
The Canadian Museum for Human Rights is envisioned to be a national and international destination - a centre of learning where Canadians and people from around the world can engage in discussion and commit to taking action against hate and oppression.
The Canadian Museum for Human Rights, being built in Winnipeg, Manitoba, was established by the Government of Canada as Canada's fifith national museum, the first new Canadian established since Canada's Centennial celebrations in 1967, and the first national museum to be built outside of the National Capital Region.
