@ApostateOfTheDamned I agree with you 100% . When I look at my post from 2 years ago I see that it was poorly worded. I used the word "skeptic" to refer to Randi and those blindly follow him. Unfortunately, Randi has shown himself to be a "pseudo-skeptic", not a true skeptic.
@rog944 Skeptics question and reject accepted opinions, but still believe that accepted opinions should be considered possible. This is both being open-minded and thinking freely.
Add my thank you note to the bowl. Thanks James, for nourishing my critickal thinking skills. I also would like to thank Henk vermeyden, posthumously, for introducing me to skeptical thinking and Randi's work.
@rog944 Thank you, i probably should of checked when the comment was posted. Sorry for the late reply.

@rog944 A free-thinker is a person who rejects accepted opinions, esp. those concerning religious belief.
A Skeptic is a person inclined to question or doubt all accepted opinions.
• a person who doubts the truth of Christianity and other religions; an atheist or agnostic.
Someone who is open-minded is willing to consider new ideas; unprejudiced.

"Skeptics" aren't really free-thinkers, or open-minded at all.
