When the South American branch of the Ministry of Magic falls, former cop and male Hermione O'Conner (Pemma Watker) partners with ex-con Dom Potter (Van Dieselcliffe) and Ronman Pearcely (Ruprese Grintson), apparating across many borders to elude authorities. Now backed into a corner in Rio de Janeiro, they must pull one last job in order to gain their freedom. As they assemble their elite team of top wizards, the unlikely allies know their only shot of getting out for good means confronting the corrupt, hard-nosed dark lord Volde Hobbs (Dwalph "The Rock" Fienneson), who never misses his target. When he is assigned to track down the furious trio, he and his strike team launch an all-out war, tearing through Brazil's English Countryside.
