    Thats not going to do anything when moving so fast. Either the bird gets decimated and still goes through the engine, or the whole mesh assembly will be pulled into the engine making even more of a mess.

  • Due to the air drag it wouldn't be reasonable, since the engines couldn't deploy their full potential...

  • I don't understand why they can't simply put wire mesh cones over the intakes.. Acting like a cow mover on trains to minimize sucking most of the bird into the engine.

  • 5 stars for this video, its like someone knew exactly when its gonna happen to catch it on video.
