politicians have no place in this.We all belong to the tribe.There is no time to monkey around.They are gearing to kick our ass. People have the Idea we will form are own Government.Yea It is time to put up or shut up.

It's just a matter of establishing a process for processing our collective consciousness. It would be kind of like publishing in the Federal Register of all proposed actions, regulations, policies, projects, etc. Then people pretty much comment like they already do on videos with written text or video responses. Then after the commenting and hearing processes are complete, you publish the pending final decision, action, etc., for consideration. Then either the council and/or assembly vote on it.

Its actually quite simple when you say it like that... add quorums and it breaks down a bit.
