This is our chicken coop that I have made and modified over a period of 4 months. The idea of this coop is that it is portable, it breaks down into 2 or 3 trailer loads, the coop and the dining hall are made small enough to fit on the trailer and the 14 other squares will also break down and either fit with the other 2 bits or be a load by themselves. We haven't moved yet so not sure how it will work out. We got the wood from the dump, they have a firewood pile that gets a lot of building offcuts and demolished building wood being thrown on it, I would say 40% of that wood is 100mm x 50mm, so I split it down the middle to make the wood go further and make it lighter.
