@spottyladybugx you can remove the noise with "Audacity", a free software for audio edit. If you want, i can explan how to do it.

@spottyladybugx: Actually, you can. To greatly reduce the noise, set the camera on video mode, select menu and change the zoom type from optical to digital. Start shooting and you will notice that there is NO zoom noise when you zoom in. This will reduce your zoom power by half, so instead of 18x it will be about 9.4X, which is still pretty great and there will be no noise, which is even greater!!!

Hey man, Soon I will moving to america and I would love to be able to film the whole thing (From the plane to the car to the new home) do you reckon this camera would be do a good job of capturing it all in good quality , and how is the audio when recording? Thanks for the help.

@SamCornforth I don't think it's great because the camera doesn't film so long. Iv'e got a SD 4GB and the film is during 30 seconds in high quality but you can set it to a lower quality and then films it longer:P //////Maybe when you buy a SD card with 32GB or whatever you can film longer but I don't know,, (I don't know you think i'm a guy because you said hey man but i'm a woman:P but it soes't matterxD.
