@KingRizlaa Weak. And what about bus-stops? Restaurants? Places where you do not really have a choice, where you are getting a blast of smoke whether you want it or not. Why can't they move away? I have a right to NOT smell that carcinogenic shit, just as smokers have the right to fill their lungs with it. It is simple logic.

@KingRizlaa How about the fact that its smoke: it moves with both air mivement and something special called the concentration gradient. When you are near a smoker, it is near impossible to not have it go down your throat because of this. And yes, alcohol is poisonous. However, the after-effect of alcohol is mostly increased urination, versus second hand smoke. That is like someone pissing on you everytime they drink. Booze is not a fair comparison for this reason. Wanna argue some more?
