5. I like AIDA very much, becoming soon an Inst ( Hope so ), but there are a lot of different kinds of freediving. The best way is, to combine the possibilities!
Don´t get me wrong, but here you can learn a lot! Also for experienced freedivers. History, Breathing techniques, meditation and exploring... and soon AIDA !
Greets and respect to everybody who loves the sea! It is not the depth, it is the way you feel the Sea! Never dive alone!

@NobbyRash 1 Hey! Just a little something:
1. Everybody starts small, this are beginners, who enjoy a lot staying under water!
2. I saw 4 Star AIDA Divers and even Instructor, who, if you rob their line, can´not move under water!
3. AIDA will not let you dive in spots like this! It is rope-diving!
4. Snorkel can be left in the mouth, if you do not push yourself too much! Like trying to do your personal Limit. Spearfisher let the snorkel often in the mouth, not to loose their prey

Where can you go this course? Is it on the Italian island of Elba? It looks wonderful and fantastic! I also want to be with the team (Jonnie) ... I have noticed that this video has already received envious comments. Fantastic! It would be an honor to take part of Mr. Mayol experience, knowledge, wisdom and vision. The Real Big Blue!

Looks like scuba divers trying to freedive.
Not very relaxed or fluid movements.
Take your snorkels out!!!
It's dangerous and stupid to freedive with your mouth open wrapped round a snorkel!
Loads of basic freediving mistakes here.
Get an AIDA qualified instructor.
From looking at this vid, i would not recommend learning freediving here.
