thumbs up if you think non-rotating sirens need an indication (like a flashing light) that they are going off
-
@fku8447 well , all depending where you are:
Alert(Steady)= Tornado
Attack(wail)= Sev.Thunderstorm/Tornado warning/fire call
Hi/lo= Fire Call
Alt.Wail(undulating hi/lo)= fire call/sev.thunderstorm
Pulse Steady= HAZMAT/fire call
Pulse Wail= HAZMAT/ Fire call
Westminister= Noon Chimes/ All clear hope this helped , too bad austrailia turned off their sirens , they took out my City's sirens in the 90's , Jacksonville , FL

@Droideka133 Gray warning?
-
@Droideka133 The video said 'fallout', so I stand corrected.
-
@infinitecanadian Grey warning usually means Radiation form the CD vid i saw .
-
i love the DOOWAAP on pulse wail .
-
@Droideka133 good to know, I hope people will thumb it up (if you see this, DO IT!).
-
@TboltHurricane Any siren with an electronic speaker is limited only by the imagination of whomever programs the sound-card. Indeed, they can also be used as a public address system.
-
The pulse tone is the 'Gray' warning, indicating 15 minutes before attack.
-
Excellent vid love Siratones faved and subbed

I don't think that I would want to live in that house on the lower left.

@fku8447 This City only uses Steady Hi|Lo (tornado) and Westminster Chimes.

Awesome vid.
Why no whoop tone?

@dendroicazenaida This sirens controller didn't have a Whoop tone. The only other signal that this siren makes is the Westminster Chimes; that video will be uploaded soon!
