@Morty618 Worst you've ever seen? ..have you even been in a sixth grade gym class?
What do you suppose was wrong with it? I came to learn what the term on a workout plan I read meant since I was unfamiliar. I found I did *know* the move, just by a different name. But, if I was - say - my mom or someone new to fitness, I think I'd understand the move, have varying levels and hear his breathing. I'd be glad he showed all angles and was slow enough at first to really follow. What was so bad to you?

@TinaKim ... you're supposed to exhale as if breathing thru a straw to help expand your lungs and also avoid an aneurism from straining and not exhaling while exerting.... its actually pretty hard not to make a noise like that. just be thankful that he's not making grunting noises.

@fogonabomba2 hes not bodybuilding... this is cardio... fat loss exercises, not that this guy is over weight, cardio is just good for overall health. and will help strengthen your cardio vascular system

Thats a good idea. Just enough training to adapt, like a stimulus. No need to overtrain. Try combining with some strength, like a pullup. Try to do a lot of flexibility, when you are too sore. Thank you for viewing!!
