This is a wheel lock that will fit most 15 inch tires and wheels, like 205 size, 215, S78 and H78 wheels. We'll show you the operation of this lock, it's pretty easy simply flip it over to the side and this little knob here you hold one side and hold the key on the other. Then you just split them apart and it comes out in two pieces and the assembly is almost like a pair of scissors or a clamp. It opens up to fit whatever side you need and I know it's kind of hard to see according to the different size tire, different holes will line up. If you want it this wide the pin will go through there, about that wide, and even smaller will go right there. That's how it adjusts between your different wheel widths. Now we'll show you what it looks like on an actual wheel.

Based on the kind of keys that are shown in your video, I would guess that it's a fairly simple wafer lock that can be picked in about 2 minutes or less
