I think the video was more to do with the shift in attitde of America towards potential threats over the last couple generations. It's been a while since I saw the video, but I believe my rough interpretation was that his country was allowing itself to be ruled by fear - I don't think he's necessarily saying that the Iranians should have nukes, and I highly doubt he would advcate theocracy. Hell, if he did, he would cease to be my voice so fuck him.
