Summary:
1) Become aware of your weight and how it is positioned
2) Manage your weight so that you don't become overextended
3) Factor in that your momentum tries to carry you over your balance limits
4) By applying this stuff you avoid instinctively using your partner as a crutch --- which she feels as "noise" in your lead.
