I use to work for Orbitz as well , and after all the crap we had to tell our customers , and the lies we had to hand out , I would NEVER tell my friends or family to book with them . I once had to tell a customer to keep from loosing my job that if her friend died before she left on vacation that her travel insurance would cover it . She ended up paying 87.00 for the insurance and believed she would be covered if her trip had to be cancelled . I quit 1 month later ! Sick Company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I work for Orbitz Customer Service and the record locator is 12 characters long.... its true that some of our customers find it too long.... and the speaker of this video made it really hilarious heheehehe
