I'm from new york and this man is a total phony in every way. He's indescribably arrogant, a liar. Serial adulterer, and crook. NYCP walked mistress' dog. NYCP paid to protect mistress AND wife! A ruthless liar who did nothing but run on 9/11. had had no radios. Put his command center in Bldg 7 after being warned not to. Maybe someone benefitted by the rent?
